     As a board member of the Unitarian Universalist Society of Community Ministries, I lead a live-yet-virtual workshop called  Co-creative covenant Writing for Community Ministers and Congregations  (click for the YouTube video)

The workshop provided ideas, concepts, guidance, suggestions, and structure to support Community Ministers, Senior Ministers, and the Congregations that they serve, with the goal of co-creating a covenant for their relationship.
